Terms and Conditions

1. Ownership & Usage

Once your final invoice is paid, you retain full ownership of your website, branding, and any assets we’ve created. Codefield reserves the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you specifically request otherwise.

2. AI‑Generated Content

Anything created using AI (like logo concepts or copy suggestions) is done with commercially-approved tools. You receive full usage rights upon purchase.

3. Hosting & Maintenance

You’re responsible for hosting, domain registration, and ongoing site maintenance after launch—unless we’ve agreed otherwise. We’re happy to recommend hosts and help with setup, but long-term upkeep is not included by default.

4. Liability Limitation

Codefield isn’t liable for:

• Issues with third-party services (e.g. web hosts, payment gateways)

• Loss of data, revenue, or business due to downtime or user error

• Changes in search engine visibility or rankings

5. Privacy & Data Use

Any personal information you share—for instance, via forms—is used solely to deliver your project and manage our relationship. We don’t sell or pass on your data to third parties.
